Step Up Transformers
Oil production industry is a big platform for a manufacturer like Datsan Special Transformers to deliver new technologies. ESP system is an efficient and cost-effective way for oil production that is intended to deliver a wealth of fluids volume.
VSD enables the operator to control ESP performance and changes the motor speed that installed at the bottom of the well, by making frequency changes. VSDs output voltages are lower than those required by ESP system for optimal operation. Also, VSD varies depend on well characteristics, its waves contain harmonics and consequently, it’s not possible to use a conventional transformer.
